September 30, 2021 AM: Birdwatching PM: Upper Body

Got 280 on flat benching...tried seated unilateral DB press with the dumbbell probably gotta lower the weight a tad. I do them seated on the floor with my legs straight out, prevents any leverage or other ways of helping.  Good session overall.
