September 26, 2021 AM: Birdwatching PM: Full Body

Pulled 455....going to wait to push further until I'm back bulking up, so I can keep the focus on sprinting.  Also, got 150 for 3 on HPS.  Not sure where that came from. Narrowly missed 255 on incline benching....Strength seems to be picking up here.
