  • Deadlift: 400*10 7/29/2011
  • Deadlift: 500*1 (Got 470*1 on my recent bulk, may be able to get this one now as well)
  • Squat: 300*10 (I usually do much better with higher weights / lower reps, so I'm challenging myself)  2/15/13
  • Standing Press: 200*1
  • Push Press: 275*1
  • Lat Width: Add a couple inches.
