September 22, 2022 Lower Body

 Did some extra front squat walkouts here, otherwise felt somewhat flat, particularly on the 365 squat.

  • Squats: 315*1 340*1 365*1 meh
  • Front Squat Walkouts: 300*32 seconds 300*31 seconds
  • Hex Deadlifts: 315*8
  • Hex Farmer Walks: 315*4 
  • Green Band Paloffs: 10, 10
