February 5, 2019 Sprinting

It was 60 degrees out for this! I went max effort on every one of these sprints after a light warm up.  Felt so good to be out there in shorts, no restrictions on my legs or anything, and by the end I didn't even need a shirt.

Good session, maintaining 300+ bench and 400+ squat....as usual, LOVING the snatch-grip deadlifts.  I was toast by the end of this one, the BB rows on top of the snatch-grip DLs fried my lats.  Glad I'm doing these on a Saturday when I can eat like a pig to fuel up after.
