February 2, 2019 Full Body

Good session, maintaining 300+ bench and 400+ squat....as usual, LOVING the snatch-grip deadlifts.  I was toast by the end of this one, the BB rows on top of the snatch-grip DLs fried my lats.  Glad I'm doing these on a Saturday when I can eat like a pig to fuel up after.
