Good session here, was more fatigued on snatches since I deadlifted heavy before...also was using one of the thick bars they have there.  Can never grip them as well.

Squat racks were taken so I led off with guillotine pressing & standing calves.  Always conflicted when that happens; I'm happy other people are squatting, but irritated I have to mix up my order. Also, lower back was tight here, didn't really push squats.  Clustered my pullups...doesn't really work for them though..

Matched my PR on Hanging Power Snatches, definitely unexpected.  I have a sneaking suspicion that I have the potential to do that every time I lift, but I'm always fatigued from deadlifts.  In this case I did a low weight cluster.  Rest of session went good, still accreting strength on the incline benching.

supersetted bb calf presses between sets of squatting, and front squats with good mornings.  I don't think I'll be doing the latter again, really hammered my lower back in a bad way.  Still building up volume with the guillotine presses as well, going well.

Good session, worked in Hex Farmers...I really love those things, wish it wasn't such a pain in the ass to set them up and get a lane to do them in.  Also, starting to feel an accumulation of strength with the incline benching at the higher reps, upping weight soon.

I took off this past Thursday, my core was really sore, not sure if it was a strain or what, was worried it would develop into a hernia or something if I wasn't careful.  I could've had a session and probably been fine, but I was due for an off-day anyway so I took one.  This session here went fine, worked in some calf work, and guillotine pressing at higher reps as planned.

Good session, over 300 on front squats....monster cluster sets on the rows!   I'm fully in the bulking phase now...I think I'm going to focus on doing a lot more volume for my upper body, at least rep wise.  More of a 10 rep set type of thing, and guillotine presses instead of flat benching. I feel those things so much in my pecs, maybe I'll get some extra development there and can start benching more weight when I rotate back over to bench pressing.  Also going to do more volume on rows too, and add in some calf exercises.  I like the thought of doing more volume for my lower body, but with sprinting, and adding in the 400s too, I basically hit them 4 days per week as is.
