December 7, 2017 Full Body

Good session here, was more fatigued on snatches since I deadlifted heavy before...also was using one of the thick bars they have there.  Can never grip them as well.  

  • Deadlift: 315*1 365*1 (double overhand) 405*1 445*1 465*1 485*1
  • HPS: 95*2 115*2 135*2 155*1 165*X 135*2
  • BB Incline: 195*10, 7, 7
  • BB Rows: 225*5 245*5 265*5 275*2,2,1
  • Suitcase Carries: 90*110
  • Seated Calves: 135*15 (left started to cramp)
  • FS Paloff Presses: 35*1, 10
