September 22, 2021 Lower Body

 A bit full here...tried power cleans, didn't really help my left elbow any, it still feels irritated.  


  • Front Squats: 185*2 215*2 235*2 255*1 275*1
  • Squats: 315*1 335*1 360*1
  • Power Cleans: 165*2 165*1
  • Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 365*3
  • Plate Carries: 45*10
