April 25, 2016 Upper

  • Standing Press: 95*10 115*8 115*8 105*8 95*8
  • BB Rows: 225*5 225*5 275*3 305*1
  • Bench Press: 225*3 245*2 - exhausted
  • Sternum Pullups: 4, 3
  • Dips: 90*2 90*1

Lead off with standing press here since I'm featuring it this cut, really gassed me out doing higher reps like that, kind of like when I was doing higher rep squats.
