November 25, 2012 Conditioning


  • Unilateral Medium Box Jumps: 10, 10
  • Battling Rope - Rope Slam S.S.: 30-10
  • Kneeling start 1/2 court sprints: 5 per leg
  • Viking Quest: 200*0:39 400*1:27 800*3:41
30 minutes

The unilateral jumps are particularly taxing, may move up to the large box next time.  Good session, was tired by the end of it; my legs are still dead from that workout on Friday.
