March 16, 2022 AM: Incline Walking PM: Lower Body

Woooo!  I haven't front squatted 300 in ages....I think the difference is that I'm carrying the bar WAY  tighter against my throat and keeping my upper body much tighter. Didn't do anything

  • Wide-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
  • Lunges: 65*10
  • Plate Carries: 45*10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
