February 26, 2022 Full Body

High weight deadlifting this week, will bump sets next week but not do the high set.  Also, Incline bench missed 255 somehow.  Shoulder was irritated after, went away quick though.

  • BB Incline: 220*3 240*1 255*X 200*6
  • Sternum Pullups: 6 irritated shoulder
  • Pullups: 10, 10 
  • Snatch Grip OH Carries: 115*5
  • Mini-Band WSARC: 10, 10
