February 16, 2022 AM: Incline Walking PM: Lower Body

 Going to be cutting soon, I liked continuing with incline walking while bulking...it kept me from accumulating too much fat. I'm at 209, which is the lightest I think I've ever been at the end of a bulk.  The session here was great, I lowered the rack position and absolutely crushed the front squats here...
