November 17, 2021 AM: Incline Walking PM: Lower Body

 Good session, stayed at 265 on front squats and did a quick set of singles. Same with squats.  Lunges are going well too...

  • Squats: 315*1 340*1, 1, 1
  • Wide-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
  • Lunges: 60*7
