December 1, 2021 AM: Incline Walking PM: Lower Body

Good session, no shoes on the squatting variations, felt more natural..need to go back to that.  Also, did hex farmers, f'ing love those things, so glad I have the hex bar now.

  • Wide-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
  • Lunges: 60*8
  • Hex Farmers: 315*4
