Good workout here, other than incline benching which still continues to suck.

  • HPS: 115*3 125*3 130*3
  • Glute Bridges: 335*10 365*10 400*10
  • 1.5 Pullups: 6, 4, 4
  • Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 95*100, 100
  • ROllouts: 10, 10
  • Hanging Knee Raises: 10, 10
