I think I was a bit too full here, no pop really, and was very lethargic.

  • Seated Press: 115*10 135*6
  • JM Press: 135*6, 5
  • BB Curls: 95*4
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10 
  • Hanging Knee Raises: 10, 10
