  • Bench Press: 250*3 265*3 275*2
  • Pullups: 80*3 80*2 80*1
  • DB Standing Press: 50*10 60*6
  • Face Pulls: 30*12 45*10
  • Close-Grip Bench Press: 135*12 185*10 
  • DB Incline Curls: 25*12 30*6
First day of internship; wasn't sure how my energy levels would be but they were actually pretty good, great even.
