June 4, 2015 Sprinting (AM workout)

  • 110m: 1
  • Total: 510m
Finally running 400s. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  I hit a wall around 260m or so, if I can just move back where I'm hitting that I can hopefully get faster.
