June 4, 2015 Upper Body (PM Workout)

  • DB Incline: 100*10 100*7 100*4
  • Sternum Pullups: 11, 7, 5
  • BTN Press: 115*11 130*6
  • BB Unilateral T-Bar Rows: 135*5 135*6
  • Close-Grip Bench Press: 185*8 185*6
  • Cambered Reverse Curls: 85*7
A bit fatigued, didn't feel like it was from sprinting earlier though.  Trying to lower weights a bit to add more volume in here.
