August 4, 2013 Conditioning


  • Bench clap pushups: 6,5,5
  • TRX Dismount: 46"
  • Battling Ropes: 60, 40
  • TRX Dismount: 47"
Just a quick session, lower back is exhausted after yesterday, and so are my legs.  For battling ropes was using the thicker ropes they have now.
