  • Bench Press (No arch): 225*1 245*3 265*2 285*1 295*nope
  • BB Rows: 185*3 205*3 215*3
  • Seated Press: 135*3 155*3 175*3
  • T-Bar Rows: 145*3 155*3 165*2
  • Landmine Laterals: 45*7
Good times, surprised I got 285 with no arch on the benching.  Strength holding up good.  212 still for weight.
