  • Incline Bench: 275*3 265*3 255*3
  • Rope Pullups: 10, 7, 7
  • Standing Press:180*3 185*2 190*1

Good session, going to keep upping my 3 rep set here.  This one tied a record. Next week I go to break my max.  Matched standing press record again.
