July 31, 2019 Full Body

I was pretty tired here so instead I did some Hex-Bar deadlifting.  I actually felt invigorated after.

  • HPS: 115*3 135*3, 3, 3
  • BB Rows: 235*5 255*5,5 275*3
  • BB Incline: 185*5 205*3 225*1, 1, 1
  • Suitcase Carries: 80*100
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
