July 10, 2019 Full Body

Did a super-set here with the DB rows and DB incline...I'm always shocked at how fast those workouts go, and how beat I am after.

  • DB Incline / DB Row Superset: 80*10/120*6 85*10/120*5 90*7/120*5
  • DB Suitcase Carries: 80*100
  • NS Paloffs: 50*10 60*10
