May 9, 2021 AM: BIrdwatching PM: Full Body

 Was pretty tired for the full body workout, definitely feeling the impacts of all the early morning hiking...Also, rather than counting steps, I'm counting round trips across my cellar for the carries.

  • Pullups: 45*3, 2 exhausted
  • Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 115*5 round trips.  
  • Rollouts: 10
