April 22, 2021 PM1: Upper Body PM2: Treadmill

 Good session, did the 260 as a cluster to make sure I got all 3 reps...I can't run tomorrow so did the treadmill after this workout


  • BB Flat: 225*3 240*3 250*3 260*1, 1, 1
  • BB Rows: 225*5 250*5 270*3
  • Guillotine Press: 175*10, 9
  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 8, 6
  • Close-Grip Bench Press: 200*5, 3
  • Band Laterals: 10, 10
  • Dead Bugs:10, 10 

  • Treadmill: 17:09 / 2 miles
