May 30, 2021 Full Body

 I was a bit full for this one too...I think I had too much water in my coffee this morning, just kind of sat in my stomach...had to retry 150 on hanging power snatches, fortunately worked out.  Felt really good on the deadlifts...I was way stronger on snatch-grip pullups...probably because I'm a few pounds lighter now as the cut progresses.  Speaking of which I think I have 3-5 more lbs to go, should settle in the mid 190s. 


  • Hanging Power Snatches: 115*3 130*3 140*3 150*X FUCK. 150*1 Much better.
  • BB DL: 315*1 405*1 435*1 455*1
  • BB Incline: 205*3 215*3 225*2 235*1
  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 8, 8, 7 
  • Snatch-Grip Overhead Carries: 130*5
  • Rollouts: 10
