April 29, 2021 Upper Body

 Good little bump up in flat benching there, I may reduce weight on guillotine pressing to focus on the form, I think I'm starting to cheat some on it and not go to my throat. 


  • BB Flat: 225*3 240*3 250*3 260*1 265*1 270*1
  • BB Rows: 225*5 250*5 275*3
  • Guillotine Press: 175*10, 10
  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 8, 6
  • JM Presses: 135*8
  • Band Laterals: 10, 10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
