May 16, 2021 AM: Birdwatching PM: Full Body

 I'm tired.  achilles tendons are starting to get sore when I hit the track from all the hiking volume.  Probably getting to the point of the birdwatching season where we're almost past peak.  At that point I'll cut back on the volume there, which should help things.  In the meantime my legs are fatigued.  I'm trying something with deadlifting where I skip some of the intermediary sets as I ramp up.  Just to temporarily cut back on volume as long as I'm hiking around so much.
