May 5, 2021 Lower Body

Good stuff here, feel like front squats are proceeding well....sprinting season should really take off next couple weeks.  I'm hoping that doing the 1/4 squats instead of full ones will help keep my legs fresh as well as give me a really strong burst off the starting line.


  • Front Squats: 185*3 205*3 225*2 240*2 260*1 275*
  • 1/4 Pin Squats: 365*3 405*3 435*3 455*3
  • Split Jerk: 170*1, 1
  • Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
  • Suitcase Plate Carries: 45*10
