 Felt a bit weak here, no pop really...core was really sore too

  • Snatch-Grip RDL: 285*5 315*5 335*5
  • Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 130*100, 100
  • Squatting LMAR: 10, 10
  • Hanging Leg Raises: 10
