August 13, 2020 Upper Body

 Good session, glad I bumped up weight on pullups, I enjoy heavier ones way more than lower weight and higher reps.



  • Bench Press: 185*5 225*5 250*3 275*1
  • Pullups: 70*3, 3, 3, 3
  • Head-Supported Rows: 135*8 145*8 155*6
  • Z-Press: 95*8, 8
  • Close-Grip BP: 165*10 185*6
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
