Rolled back over to higher rep stuff here, at least on incline benching, got 200 for 10 again.  Nothing else of note.

  • Seated Calves: 90*10, 10 sloooow
  • Sternum Pullups: 8,5,4

  • Ab Wheel: 10, 10
