February 29, 2016 Leap Day Upper Body

  • Bench Press: 250*3 265*1 280*1 295*1 305*1
  • Pullups (clusters): 80*1,1,1,1 80*1,1,1
  • Push Press: 185*1 205*1 225*1 235*1
  • Floor Press: 225*3 245*2
  • Cables Rows: 200*3 210*2
Really enjoy floor pressing, I really need to add it in more often, I get such a good explosion off the bottom when I do them.
