April 28, 2015 Lower Body

Energy: 4 - ate shortly before


  • Squats: 315*1 350*1 370*1 390*1
  • Front Squats: 275*1 300*1- exhausted
  • Standing Calves: 240*10 260*10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
I had a lot going on today so had to eat and then get to the gym right after, so that sapped a bit of energy.  Also I was really exhausted on front squats for some reason.
