April 23, 2015 Upper Body

 I'm really starting to love this session, initially it was just to give my shoulder a break the day after dodgeball, but at this point it's also a great way to work in some higher rep stuff, and more dumbbell work.  On French presses I've been making sure to bring the cambered bar down to the top of my head almost, to really stretch out my triceps and get a good squeeze on them.
