  • DB Seated Press: 50*8 60*6 70*4
  • DB Incline Curls: 2588
  • Cambered Preacher Curls:95*9
  • Waiter Walks: 30*100 30*100
Taking it easier on my shoulder after dodgeball yesterday.  This was actually one of my funner recent workouts I think.  May need to rotate stuff like this in every couple weeks.
