  • Pullups: 80*2 80*1 80*1
  • Push Press: 225*1 235*1
  • Unilateral BB T-Bar Rows: 145*5 145*5
  • BB Reverse Curls: 65*9 65*10
Good energy here, did some weighted pullups...felt great.  No pop on push pressing though.
