July 24, 2022 Full Body

Once again felt good doing incline benching first...Did a set of 5 at 315 on deadlifts after my main work. I never do more than single pulls on deadlifts, was fun to switch it up a bit....on pullups tried doing some close-grip pullups since I never do...wasn't really feeling them though.

  • HPS: 125*3 145*2
  • Close-Grip Pullups: 10
  • Snatch-Grip Chinups: 10, 10
  • Snatch-Grip OH Carries: 125*7
  • Mini-band WSARC: 10, 10
