Last workout pre-baby...Wendy went into labor this evening....what a wonderful day.  The baby was born on May 13th, Wendy's birthday...what a wonderful wonderful day.  My wonderful baby.

  • Lunges: 65*10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
