 Mixed it up a bit here, lower weight on deadlifts, with a cluster of singles...got 160 again on hanging power snatches....

  • Snatch-Grip PUllups: 45*4, 3, 3

  • Hanging Knee Raises: 10, 10 
  • Dead Bugs: 10
