Good session, 285 on benching again, guillotine press went well...probably my last upper body workout pre-baby...lots of lasts here, and soon some firsts!

  • Incline Walk: 4% / 30 minutes / 1.5 miles

PM

  • BB Flat: 210*3 23583 250*3 270*1 285*1
  • Guilllotine Press: 175*10, 10
  • 1.5 Snatch-Grip Pullups: 5, 4, 4
  • BB Rows: 185*12, 12
  • DB Unilateral Standing Hammer-Grip Front Raises: 25*10, 10
