April 27, 2022 Upper Body

 Barely got 285 on benching, felt good to be back at that though, pain free as well.  Same with guillotine presses as well.  


  • BB Flat: 205*3 (should've done 210 here) 235*3 250*3 270*1 285*1
  • Guillotine Press: 170*10, 10
  • BB Rows: 185*12, 12
  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 10, 10, 10
  • DB Unilateral Standing Hammergrip Front Raises: 25*10, 10
