  • Suitcase Carries: 90*170(!!!!!) Felt light. NEW PR!!
  • Straight-Bar Sternum Pullups: 7
  • Dead-Bugs: 10, 10
Good session, had a lot of energy, culminating with 170 steps on the suitcase carries...NO idea where that came from.  More than double what I got last time.
