September 19, 2011 Upper

  • BB Flat: 255*8 250*8 245*7
  • Pullups: 70*2 70*1 55*5 55*4
  • Push Press: 160*4 185*4 200*3
  • 1.5 Pullups: 7, 5
Felt flat here, nothing special really.  Dropped weight on last 2 sets of pullups so I could put some more reps in.  1.5 Pullups were fun.
