September 9, 2021 Upper Body

 Good stuff, bumped up weight on the guillotines....mixed in pendlay rows as well, may do them for a few weeks. 


  • BB Flat: 230*3 245*3 255*1 265*1 275*1
  • Snatch-Grip Pullups: 10, 10, 10
  • Guillotine Press: 165*10, 10
  • Pendlay Rows: 155*5, 5
  • Seated Band Laterals: 10, 10
  • Dead Bugs: 10, 10
