September 5, 2021 Full Body

 Still taking it easy deadlifting until I'm done maxing out on sprinting.  Somehow got 2 on 150 for hanging power snatches.  Haven't done that in a while.  Got crushed by 250 on incline benching. Like not even close. For fun did a set of 21s at the end here...
