Good session here, tried closer grip on benching, felt weird.  I don't do it that often though, maybe I should mix that in.

  • Hex-Farmers: 365*100, 100
  • Plate-Farmers: 180
  • FS NS Paloffs: 35*10, 10
  • DB Unilateral Standing Press: 50*10
